Free Delivery!


- Enjoy free UK delivery for all order over £30, orders will be sent by Royal Mail on a Tracked & Signed two working day. If your order is under £30 then it’s just £1.99.


Need it faster?

 

- Select "UK Next Day" for our next working day delivery service (Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday) - Charged at £5.99 

 

 - Select "Guaranteed by 1pm Monday – Friday" for our guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm - Charged at £7.99


- Select "Saturday Delivery" for our Saturday service for order placed by 3pm on a Friday - Charged at £13.00


Ordering from overseas?


We use royal mail for our overseas delivery and the charge is £10 for Europe and £15 for the rest of the world.

 

Please note:

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

For example - an order selecting the next day service, placed on Saturday of a bank holiday weekend, will be delivered the following Wednesday.


We regret to inform that we are unable to delivery to Parcel Motels and other similar pick up points. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your internet purchase you can return your order to us at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund on the cost of the goods or an exchange. Please note that goods must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging with the original labels, tags and purchase receipt. Any returns postage costs are to be paid for by the customer. Shoe boxes must not be defaced or returned without a bag/packaging to protect the box.

 

We are unable to accept returns of the following items:

 

 - Headwear

 

 - Earrings

 

 - Under Garments inc Tights

 

 - Shoe & Foot Care

 

RETURNS FROM WITHIN THE UK

 

When returning, we recommend you obtain a free certificate of posting when purchasing you postage. Should your parcel be lost in transit, you will need to provide this to confirm your return and eligibility for a refund. We advise you use a tracked service. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will arrange to credit your original payment method for the value of the goods only (postage is non refundable). The customer is required to pay the return postage cost.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard & Switch. Payment is taken at the time of order and is taken securely by Barclay Pay. All secure pages are provided directly by them, the card information provided to Barclay's is never passed on to Walk In Style nor is it ever held on our servers.

 

CURRENCY

Purchases are made in Pounds Sterling.
